TIGRIP TBL Series – Plate Clamp with Safety Lock (1.0 - 30 Ton Capacity)
This clamp is primarily used for transporting individual steel plates and sheet metal in the vertical position, as well as
lifting and rotating through 180°. A locking lever (lock open/lock closed), allows easier placement onto plates, and when
locked closed, prevents the clamp from opening, even when there’s no load (tension) applied to the shackle. Use a pair
of plate clamps with a spreader beam for large sized steel and long materials which may have a tendency to sag. NOTE:
Plate surface material hardness must be below HRC 30!
(* The TBL 0.5 has no locking lever, but a positive tension, spring loaded cam.)
TIGRIPTSHScrewClampw/conical, pivoting pad opposite of spindle (1.5 - 5.0Ton Capacity)
The TSH screw clamp offers many possible applications. It’s useful for lifting, transferring & pulling sheet metal, girders
and various steel constructions. Note that the spindle must be hand-tightened to the material. Once the screw clamp
is tightened & lifting begins, the slightly conical, pivoting pad clamping system produces a wedging action against the
material, holding it securely. Note: Plate surface material hardness must be below HRC 50 / Brinell 500!
INTERLIFT (ICP Series) Crane Forks – with automatic balancing system*
The ICP Series of Crane Forks have adjustable tines, adjustable height and an automatic self balancing system. To balance,
a pressurized gas spring, (in the head of the unit) engages, once the forks are loaded. All ICP Series Crane Forks comply
to the Safety Specifications of the German Trade Association. The forks are a highly visible (yellow) safety color and
maintenance free. *
NOTE:
the auto balancing system requires a minimum load of 20% of the crane forks’ working load
limit (WLL).
INTERLIFT (LM Series) Permanent Lifting Magnets
The INTERLIFT (LM Series) Magnets are compact and ideal tools for the quick, simple transport of heavy objects that are
flat, round, or even profiled materials made of steel. A spring loaded switch/handle can be locked into the “on” position
for lifting and transport, to prevent accidental disengagement. (*Ask for a Magnets spec sheet to determine material
thicknesses of steel required for 100% load capacities of each magnet.)
TIGRIP TBS Series – Plate Clamp w/Safety Lock & Pivoting Shackle (1.0 - 10 Ton Capacity)
This clamp has all features & benefits described in the TBL Series (above) and has the extra feature of a pivoting shackle.
This allows the clamp to be utilized when a lateral (sideways) load is applied while transporting and lifting individual
steel plates. NOTE: Load limits change relative to the side angle (degree) that the shackle is pulled from – refer to Catalog
for more information. AND - Plate surface material hardness must be below HRC 30!
