Standard Delivery Policy: Orders taken today will be delivered tomorrow

We deliver every day, Monday through Friday, to areas that are within approximately 30 mile radius of our facility, which includes all of Jefferson County, and parts of Southern Indiana, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Bullitt Counties in Kentucky.

Our standard delivery policy is to deliver orders received by the end of each business day on the next business day. For orders outside our everyday delivery area, we deliver the orders on the next scheduled route day for that area. Customer’s requiring delivery prior to the next scheduled route day will have their order reviewed on an order by order basis. Options include:

• delivering the order after assessing driver route locations and route load;
• the customer coming in to pick up the order via will call;
• shipping the order via package delivery company if the order is for a shippable item(s);
• delivering the item with an extra delivery charge due to the additional costs we incur to run a delivery vehicle further and longer than a normal busines day which include, but are not limited to, driver overtime, fuel, and vehicle wear and tear.

Same Day Delivery Requests:

• If possible, we will meet customer requests for same day delivery. Same day delivery charges apply to these orders due to additional costs associated with sending a delivery vehicle back out which include, but are not limited to, driver overtime, fuel, and vehicle wear and tear.

Emergency Delivery Requests

• If possible, we will meet customer requests for emergency delivery. Emergency delivery conditions exists when a request for delivery is made outside of normal business operating hours. Emergency delivery charges apply to these orders due to additional costs associated with opening the facility, and sending out a delivery vehicle which include, but are not limited to, driver and personnel overtime, fuel, and vehicle wear and tear.
